American Dream Realty is the sole owner of information collected on this site or in our office. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via e-mail or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside our organization other than as neccessary to fullfill your request or under express consent by you.

We take precautions to protect your information. Only those that need the information to perform a specific function for the Broker are granted access to personally identifiable information. We will rarely collect any information other than full legal name, current address and phone number plus e-mail address. At times, with your permission, and in an attempt to assist a transaction related third party; such as, title/escrow companies or lenders, etc, we may request further required information from you for the expedition of the transaction. ie: social security/tax payer indentification numbers, etc. Otherwise, you may be contacted by said third parties directly who may have their own seperate privacy policy and which you are strongly advised to review.
